Job Description

Employer: Cake Shop, DubaiPackage: AED 5500 ? AED 6000 (all inclusive)Note: Candidates must have strong communication skills ? written and verbal.?Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales reports in an effort to better identify which products are selling and which are not as popular with customers.
  • Supervise the team at the shop.
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and supervising the team.
  • Must designate shift schedules of each employee based upon the coverage needs of the shop.
  • Implements new guidelines such as marketing plans, initiates product changes and company policies.
  • Must side by side help the team to take customer orders, answer questions, hear complaints and make suggestions based upon their taste.
