  • Be the right hand of the Operations Head ? attending team meetings, overseeing operations and attending to clients special requests
  • Suggest and brainstorm with management on creative, fashionable, energetic?ideas showing how passionate the business into serving their clients on pastry products thru ideal and cost effective action plans
  • Supervise the flow of the business ? designs that are on display, process of serving and timely delivering products overall
  • Ensure to get clients feedback and work on maintaining / improving current team performance
  • Be the point of contact when clients especially VIPs want to speak with a manager for some requests or concern as well as the main person to whom employees come to share issues and conflicts related to everyday operations
