Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Trim, bone, cut, and grind meats according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  2. Inspect meat products for freshness, quality, and proper packaging.
  3. Operate meat processing equipment such as grinders, slicers, and saws safely and efficiently.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and tools.
  5. Assist customers with selecting meats, providing information about cuts, cooking methods, and recommendations.
  6. Receive, unpack, and store meat products, ensuring proper storage conditions are maintained.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and customer demands.
  8. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of meat products.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  10. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
