Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation processes and possess a deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire process of establishing their businesses in the UAE ? from choosing the right jurisdiction to finalizing all legal and operational requirements.You?ll work closely with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and international investors, offering expert advice and solutions tailored to their unique goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate legal structures and jurisdictions(Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
  • Manage the end-to-end process of company formation, license application, and business registration with relevant authorities (DED, Free Zones, MOE, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
  • Advise clients on visa applications, PRO services, and ongoing compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with PROs, legal teams, and government departments to ensure timely processing of applications, visas, and documentation.
  • Prepare and review legal documents including MOAs, service agreements, and shareholder resolutions.
  • Stay updated with changes in UAE laws, free zone policies, and regulatory updates to provide accurate information and strategic advice.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients.
