Job Description

Business Setup ConsultantResponsibilities:•Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on the setup, structure, and legal requirements for establishing businesses in Dubai, including free zones, mainland, and offshore entities.•Business Planning: Assist clients in developing comprehensive business plans tailored to Dubai’s regulatory framework and market conditions, ensuring feasibility and compliance.•Company Formation: Manage end-to-end company formation processes, including registration, licensing, visa processing, and other governmental approvals.•Market Research: Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and potential challenges for clients.•Legal Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements throughout the setup process and beyond.•Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations for clients.•Financial Planning: Advise on financial structuring, banking solutions, tax implications, and investment strategies relevant to setting up businesses in Dubai.•Client Education: Educate clients on business setup procedures, regulatory changes, and best practices to optimize their business operations and mitigate risks.Requirements:•Experience: Proven experience (3 to 6 years) as a Business Setup Consultant or similar role, specializing in Dubai and UAE business environments.•Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai’s business setup processes, including free zones, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions. Familiarity with legal, financial, and operational aspects of business setup in the UAE.•Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
