Job Description

We are seeking a Business Advisor to streamline efficiency across our business operations. As a Business Set-up Advisor you will assist individuals or organizations in the process of establishing their new business license.If youre passionate, enthusiastic, and ambitious, and are based in Dubai location we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from different channels and provide information about company setup, business activities, eligibility, free zones, and terms.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Attend events and business networks to boost sales from non-marketing sources.
  • Train and support new consultants and business setup firms to increase sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and Free Zones.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and manage CRM effectively.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and understand competitor offerings.
  • Provide monthly reports comparing sales and leads.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance and Operations teams to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct market competition analysis through mystery shopping.
  • Deliver excellent customer service from initial inquiry to closure.
  • Ensure high conversion rates and assist clients with company incorporation and visa-related fees.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to clients about their requirements.
  • Prepare reports as needed by your line manager.
