Key Responsibilities:

Analyse financial reports, market trends, sales and operational data to assess organizational performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports for management, highlighting business performance, areas of concern, and potential improvements.
Work closely with department heads and management to gather data and understand their business needs and challenges.
Utilize statistical software and tools to model data, predict outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
Propose and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on findings to senior management.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analytical support to ensure financial targets are met.
Construct and deliver compelling presentation slides for senior management, ensuring clear communication of business insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources.
Participate in the strategic planning and implementation of business improvement initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend adjustments in strategies.
