Business Integrity and Compliance ManagerYellow Door Energy is looking for skilledBusiness Integrity and Compliance Managerto join our team and support the company?s strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be excited about bringing clean energy solutions to businesses in South Asia, the Middle East and Africa. She/he will report to the General Counsel and will work with employees across the organization.She/he will ensure our company adheres to compliance standards and in-house policies. She/he will be responsible for enforcing compliance policies in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters. She/he must be well-versed in corporate governance best practices, have high ethical standards and work diligently to complete duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. She/he must be comfortable saying ?no? when necessary and be result-oriented.The role will have the following main functions:1. Policy development and work2. Training (from creation to implementation)3. Enforcement (KYC Checks /violation of policies investigation?)4. Business facilitator through compliance5. Perform fraud risk assessmentsThis is an existing role, reporting to the General Counsel based in Dubai.
