Job Description

Job PurposeDrive the implementation of the cybersecurity strategy, processes, and controls into the relevant territory and or business unit. Work closely with the Line of Business (LOB) Chief Information Officers (CIOs) or Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to better understand business requirements which inform / update the overall CyberSecurity Strategy and Roadmap. Educate LOB or Group Entities on the Group CyberSecurity Strategy and lead the Business towards risk-based Information Security decisions. Job Outline:- Equip the Business with CyberSecurity knowledge related to, but not limited to, identity and cloud security, assurance and defensive security, awareness and training to combat the insider threat, operational technology threat impacting our core business operations above and below the wing -- reduce risk whilst prioritizing investments impacting information security relevant & unique to specific territories and subsidiary.- Instill risk-based diecisions when prioritizing business initiatives and recommend actions supporting Group CyberSecurity risk management & compliance programs and objectives.- Educate the Business on the Group CyberSecurity Services Catalogue and Capabilities, to fortify cybersecurity posture aligned with risk appetite.- Lead cyber and information security projects and improvements in cybersecurity control, and reduce exposure to cybersecurity threats, (enhancement to identity management capability, cloud security control), to augment gaps in policies and controls which are aligned with Group CyberSecurity Strategy and to further improve the Group CyberSecurity posture and regulatory compliance.- Develop and maintain a balanced scorecard to communicate and measure the business value of information security and linkages to strategy through execution and action to both Business and Group CISO driving continuous improvements in security posture.- Monitor and analyze information security trends and intelligence from cybersecurity advisories internal and external to the aviation industry and keep the LOB leadership informed to influence their investment decision- interaction with EGS from the CISOC (ops Jain).- Build strong partnerships and relationships with peer technology in Cloud Computing, End User Technology, Cybersecurity Operation Services, Awareness and Training, GRC, and Operational Technologies to better service LOB objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceInformation Technology. Other : 8+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :- Degree in a Technology/IT related field- Experience in Information Security & compliance, or information security management experience with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to challenging business situations.- Experienced in developing and agreeing a balanced scorecard for a global organization.- Experienced working in a matrix model, as the BISO supports operational and transformational efforts for a given region or organizational function.
