Job Description

To spearhead our corporate organization function at AS Corp- mainly focused on maintaining existing legal entities with the competent authorities in the UAE and beyond as well as setup new legal entities and reach out to clients for further business opportunities.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and propose new business, marketing, and sales opportunities, including research, sales opportunities,
  • and business development activities.
  • Implement and manage data gathering and information gathering processes to identify new business opportunities
  • and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives professional assistance to carry out their
  • desired business in UAE.
  • Liaising with the client keeps them informed of progress and makes relevant decisions to ensure a smooth application
  • process.
  • Attend networking events to promote company services.
  • In-depth understanding of various company formation packages as provided by the company.
  • Structuring high-impact solutions based on the available packages for clients seeking a business license requires
  • business setup and company formation assistance.
