Since our establishment in 1999, several Allstar drivers have reached Formula 1.In 2024, upon the companies 25th Anniversary, a UAE Young Driver Academy will be launched for which we are immediately seeking the support of a highly motivated & outgoing individual.ÿThe primary responsibility of this role is to identify and foster relationships within the Car/Luxury/HNW sector, ultimately contributing to the discovery of potential drivers for the Academy, who will be aged 6-17 years.Upon delivery of results, exciting growth & travel opportunities within the sport are available to the successful candidate.Responsibilities:Identify potential partners, clients and prospects.Establish and maintain strong relationships.Implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.General Personal Assistance to the Director.Develop marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Junior Motorsport and the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
