Job Description

WEMS HR Solutions˙is seeking a talented˙Business Development Specialist˙or˙Sales Specialist˙to join our team in Dubai.In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships˙with key decision-makers in the facilities management sector.
  • Identifying new business opportunities˙and proactively generating leads.
  • Understanding client needs˙and providing them with customized staffing solutions.
  • Negotiating and closing deals˙to secure new contracts.
  • Building a strong reputation˙for WEMS HR Solutions and its group companies within the industry.
To be successful, you will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in:
a. Facilities management staffing or manpower supply industryb. Cleaners or helpers recruitmentc. General staffing industry
  • A proven track record of success in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients.
  • A deep understanding of the facilities management industry in Dubai.
  • A UAE or Dubai Driving License (mandatory).
