Job Description

Division International?is looking for an ambitious, competent and highly accomplished Business Development Manager with proven experience in Architecture , Interior design Industry, Product specification, and high-end customer management, within the Dubai and Emirates Market to help us expand our clientele.The Successful candidate will be reporting to the head of the management of Division International and will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. the goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing costumers
  • Have a good relationships with customers and clients
  • Good background in engineering projects
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customers needs
  • Promote the companys services / products addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Conduct sales ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and sales-support
  • Bring as many clients and expand the market in the company
  • Show a good representative image of the company
Requirements :
  • Minimum experience of 4 years in Emirates market
  • Preferred to be an Engineer or have an Image in Engineering projects
  • Good appearance and presentable
  • Being experienced in Engineering market , Interior design and landscape design or closely related to them
  • Professional English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Business development manager, sales manager, account manager.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Holding an Emirate driving license
  • Preferably having a car
