We are looking for Retail Real Estate- Business Development for a fast-growing retail brand. If you have strong experience in property acquisition, store expansion, negotiation, and commercial knowledge.You will be an integral part of our Property Acquisition team bringing on new supply through research, lead development, negotiation, and contract closure.1.He/she will possess a good understanding of the property management market in the UAE.2.Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication, and follow-up, to maintain and build an active pipeline.3.Serving as the main contact for investors, landlords/owners, and developers.4.Establishing/revising property management forms, reports, and manuals including updates, changes, and additions.5.Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.6.Assist in technical proposals, capability, and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required.7.Focusing on existing accounts with a client-centric retention and expansion strategy
