•Identifying new sales prospects, expanding customer base, creating demand for products•Study the project requirements and make proposals to meet customer requirements. •Provide technical and professional support/value engineering options when required, conduct end-to-end coordination during project execution to ensure highest customer satisfaction. •Prepare and submit daily sales reports to your managers and other MIS reports as and when required/requested in the specific format•Understand customer requirements and propose optimum/right solutions and convert the lead into a sale. •Meet sales targets by closing new deals.•Coordinate with back-office support for proper execution of the project, installations, technical support, new quotations, etc.•Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies•Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals•Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process•Achieving targets and all KPIs set by the line manager or exceeding annual sales goals.•Responsible for sales & marketing to clients, consultants and customers.•Develop & Follow strategies to enhance sales and ensure smooth activity of Sales & marketing as directed by the manager.•Liaising with head office for pricing, specifications, and other information.•Proper communication/coordination with customers.•Submission of Daily Sales Report, weekly review & plans.•Adhere to the systems and policies implemented by the organization•Enter daily activities into the system with proper feedback and sales status.•Keep abreast on competition products, and services and prepare reports with sales surveys for products, usage of products, market pricing,•Market intelligence etc. and help the company to make informed decisions. •Enter daily activities, sales status, and project updates in CRM Sales Force.•Coordinate with back-office support for proper deliveries, installations, technical support, new quotations, etc.
