Job descriptionYour main responsibilities will be:

Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives;
Researching organizations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities;
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
Foster new relationships with companies in the region
Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to top ;clients and potential partners both externally and internally;

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years experience in FinTech and Merchant Support;
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, MBA is a plus;
Strong communication skills and understanding of IT processes;
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role;
Proven sales track record;
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Communication and negotiation skills;
Time management and planning skills.
