Job Description

After strong growth in our client base, we?re looking for an experienced digital & traditional expert to join the team. Ideally we?re looking for a marketer with a broad base of experience across the marketing mix, combined with a good level of specialist knowledge in one or more of the key channels we work in.

  • Situation analysis:ÿGetting to know clients, their customers, their objectives and challenges, and where they sit in the competitive landscape.
  • Strategy:ÿEstablishing the best mix of channels and tactics to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Channel execution:ÿBuilding campaigns, ads & content within each of the channels we work in. Includes PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Organic Social & Email.
  • Optimisation & reporting:ÿInterrogating channel data, taking actions to improve performance, and reporting back to clients to keep them informed.
  • Budgeting and forecasting:ÿProposing or dividing up budgets to support strategy. Ensuring that budgets remain on track to prevent over or under-spend.
  • Technical marketing:ÿOptimising shopping feeds, implementing and testing tags in Tag Manager, building email automations, building dashboards etc.
  • eCommerce solutions:ÿBeing the marketing specialist on wider ecommerce projects, helping to ensure that marketing needs are considered and met.
  • Creative marketing:ÿHelping clients to put a creative spin on their campaign activity. Can include concept creation, copywriting, basic image/video editing & design.
  • Staying at the cutting edge:ÿContinuously learning and being on top of all the latest trends and developments in our industry. Sharing your knowledge too.
  • Selling:ÿAssisting the sales and marketing team to raise the company?s profile, and contribute to the pitching process for new business.
