As we expand our global footprint, we?re seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager in Dubai to drive growth across the UAE and wider GCC region.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new consulting and investment firm clients in the UAE and broader Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Partners, VPs, Project Leaders, etc.).
  • Understand client needs and position XpressViews? expert solutions to support strategic research and consulting mandates.
  • Collaborate with the India-based delivery team to ensure smooth execution and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to inform growth strategy.
  • Represent XpressViews at relevant industry forums and networking events in the region.
  • Prepare weekly sales forecasts and progress reports for leadership review.
What We?re Looking For
  • Strong regional network in the consulting or financial services sector.
  • Experience in high-ticket B2B sales, preferably in expert networks, SaaS, primary research, or consulting services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset ? self-starter with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in managing complex client conversations and long sales cycles.
