Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to joinour team as a Business Development Manager specializing in Study Abroad, VisaServices, and Immigration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inbusiness development within the education and immigration sectors, with a keenunderstanding of international student recruitment and visa processes and bridgebetween the university and potential talent. The role involves establishing andmaintaining relationships with academic institutions to identify and attract top-tieruniversities Partnership.Responsibilities:1. Market Analysis and Research:? Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trendsin the study abroad, visa services, and immigration sectors.? Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategicdecision-making.2. Client Relationship Management:? Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions,immigration authorities, and other key stakeholders.? Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailoredsolutions.3. Sales and Revenue Generation:? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive businessgrowth in study abroad programs and visa services.? Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisitionand retention efforts.4. Product and Service Development:? Work closely with internal teams to enhance and expand our studyabroad and immigration service offerings.? Identify opportunities for new product development and marketexpansion.5. Compliance and Documentation:? Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and procedures toensure compliance.? Oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications andrelated documentation.6. Team Collaboration:? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing,operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless clientexperience.? Provide guidance and support to team members to optimizeperformance.7. Brand Ambassador:? Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting itsvalues, culture, and career opportunities within the universitycommunity.? Organize and participate in employer branding initiatives on campus.8. Recruitment Events:? Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events such as workshops,information sessions, and campus interviews.? Provide information about the organizations internship and entry-levelpositions.9. Pipeline Development:? Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.? Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce requirementsand align university partnerships accordingly.10. Data Analysis:? Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness ofuniversity partnerships.? Provide regular reports and insights to improve recruitment strategies.Diversity and Inclusion:11. Collaborate with university partners to enhance diversity and inclusion effortsin recruitment.12. Actively seek out and engage with underrepresented student groups.Qualifications:1. Masters? degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a relatedfield.2. Proven experience in business development within the study abroad, visaservices, or immigration industry (4-5years).3. Strong understanding of international education systems, visa processes, andimmigration policies.4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.5.
