Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Business Development Manager for their client in Dubai which is a retail chain of pharmacies.We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of Sales and Business Development experience within the retail pharmacy industry in Dubai with a least 3 years as a business development manager.Candidates who do not have retail pharmacy business development experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving / over achieving the sales targets would not qualify for this vacancy.The ideal candidate would be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, corporate clients, clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, distributors.Expand the retail footprint in terms of branches, partnerships, franchising.Develop strategies for increasing sales - OTC, retail, wholesale, online.Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, suppliers, and insurers.Negotiate contracts with suppliers / distributors.Secure corporate accounts, bulk supply of medicines, wellness packages, etc.Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns - health awareness, promotions, loyalty programs.Support e-commerce / online pharmacy growth.Analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans.Stay updated on UAE laws, DHA, MOHAP, DOH regulations.Ensure partnerships and promotions comply with UAE health and pharmacy regulations.Prepare monthly revenue and business development reports.Provide market insights & competitor analysis.Salary : Aed 35,000 per month plus incentives and benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative and hence negotiable, however, the final offer made to the right candidate lies at the discretion of the employer and would be provided post completion of the interviews and reference checks).
