Responsibilities and duties:? In conjunction with the Executive Director, develop objectives and strategies in support of overall company business development goals in the all projects.? Perform and manage research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential customers.? Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific targets.? Spearheading project sales operations & responsible for getting company prequalified at all concerned business partners as & when required.? Responsible for interacting with architects, Designers, Consultants & Clients in order to convert lead into sales.? Visiting new clients, conducting technical sales presentation, preparing quotations & closing deals.? Liaising and coordinating with architects, Contractors, EPC contractors, consultants, interior designers, project management companies.? Promote and maintain a high level of visibility for Company?s services and brand.? Provide ongoing high grade commercial intelligence to Company's strategic decision makers.? Maintain commercial direction via a Strategic Sales Plan.? Meet client?s needs prior to contract execution. Provide advice, liaison, planning, etc. to prospective and current clients.? Assist management and estimating with sales process and final close.? Perform additional assignments as requested by the Executive Management.? Serve as a member of the corporate management team providing direction and technical advice to identify & prioritize potential markets and clients.? Responsible for proposal and estimate review team. Provide direction and actively participate in closing the ?deal?. Assist in final contract negotiations with the client.
