Job Description

We are Hiring Self Motivated and result driven specialist for the position of Business Development Manager / Immigration Consultant / Investment Consultant - Citizenship by investmentCompany Details:Strokes and Ground if fast growing company based out of Lisbon Portugal with a focus of developing high Standard real estate projects for the Portugal golden visa.Key Responsibilities :

  • To develop the channel partner network on a regular basis across and ensure productivity through investors in GVP units.
  • To ensure investor closure from end to end in coordination with the channel partner including the operational support, site visits, banking?assistance?from India and Portugal Law firm?s perspective
  • Plan, Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets by utilizing the technology and Client?s database
  • To ensure investor closure from end to end in coordination with the channel partner including the operational support, site visits, banking assistance from India and Portugal Law firm?s perspective
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations using digital platforms
Requirements:
  • Strong product knowledge about Citizenship Program and Second Passport programs with min 1-2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge in regards European Countries in Residency and Citizenship by Investment Industry will add an extra advantage.
  • Proven sales track record
