Job Description

As Business Development Manager for SAM Holiday Homes,˙you will be responsible for finding and bringing new properties to our portfolio, as well as working with landlords and tenants to ensure that our properties are rented out efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, lead generation, and market research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Negotiate and close deals with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct price analysis to ensure that properties are priced competitively to maximize rentals and exposure.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure that properties are kept in top condition.
  • Monitor and update property availability calendars and pricing information.
  • Prepare and send out regular performance reports to landlords and agents.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
