We create bespoke design experiences that bring our clients vision to life.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Manager with˙Interior fit out˙background and experience , to be already available in the UAE.Responsibilities: The role involves identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients to secure interior design and fit-out projects for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing business proposals and liaising with the project team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects from the initial brief to final delivery.Qualifications

  • Building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide interior Fit out services.
  • Responsible for managing the full sales and marketing process for the business.
  • Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.
  • Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customer.
  • Regularly meet with clients and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
  • Maintain a solid relationship with key customers and consultant to ensure that the company?s maximum sales potential is realized.
