Role Purpose :-?? Responsible for growing new business and find new potential customers for the company, convert them into clients & continue to grow business in the future.?? Work in collaboration with the Regional Manager to build an account plan, be responsible for client management based on the account plan with a pre-decided target.?????? Must to have skills:-?? Lead Generation Capabilities. Targeting different potential customers on their own and arranging meeting to pitch company?s offerings.?? Business Development:- Responsible for building a portfolio at par with the Target. Driving revenues within the assigned account scope by being the owner of the entire opportunity management cycle (Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close).?? Conduct Research as well as competitor analysis, create proposals as per the customer?s requirements, create pitches for offerings, validate estimate/efforts, deliver client presentations and negotiate with clients.?? Building Partner Ecosystem to get the service offerings to sell to customers.?? Work closely with the Selected partners to build customized solution pitches for the customer and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions as per the customer?s requirement.?? Build an Account Plan for individual potential customers ? with details of the relationships required, the opportunities that have to be chased, and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed?? Achieve assigned targets on Revenue, EBITDA, Debtor days?? Prepare reports demonstrating quarterly sales, annual forecasts, account statuses and other metrics data and share it with Company Owners?? Manage Alliance and Partnerships for joint selling into the account.?? Having Strong Existing Business Relations with Customers.?? Willing to accept challenge to achieve monthly target from the beginning of tenure.?? Should be having UAE Driving License and own car.???????? Good to have skills:-?? Previous Experience in Marketing Management.?? Experience in organizing events and other marketing activities.?? Existing customer contacts & relationships in Dubai for quick closures.?? Creativity and different business approach?? Comfortable to work independently?? Flexible working with start-ups. Previous start up experience is a bonus.
