Business Development Manager - Education InstituteJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: AED 10,000 ? 12,000 + Sales Commission + Fuel AllowanceIndustry: Robotics & AutomationJob Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Technical, Education, Marketing / MBA or related field.?8-10 years? experience in business planning, business operations, consulting, or similar roles.?5+ years? experience of B2B Sales and Business development in UAE of Robotics, AI, Drones or related high-tech products to education institutes, Schools and/or Universities.?Experience outreach to Educational centers, Schools, College and Universities with technological solutions/curriculum is a plus point (e.g. programming or robotics etc.).?Basic understanding of robotics and programming concepts.?Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.?Strong communication and presentation skills.?Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.?Must have valid UAE driving license and Car.Job Responsibilities:?Achieve sales targets and expand Client base.?Selling Educational products/workshops of Robotics, AI, Drones or related high-tech products to clients by analyzing needs, recommending solutions, providing technical support and product information.?Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and overall account strategy to defend and profitably grow business.?Creating and managing a Sales Plan to achieve growth targets using Funnel Management techniques and metrics.?Candidate must be immediately available for joining.
