Department / Function Marketing & Salesc. Location Multiple locations in India2. The Context / Purpose of the JobAlign with overall objectives of the long- and short-term objectives of the organisation for the development of thebusiness by understanding existing and future needs of the customers. Provide support in Businessdevelopment and Customer adoption of Downstream Solutions like Readybuild (Cut & Bend) andSm@rtFAB (Welded wire mesh, etc). Work in a team of domain experts and construction professionals forimplementation of key enablers and support in achievement of solutions-based outcomes and milestones.3. Job responsibilities:Sl.No. Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility1. Ensure that the Enablers and Solutions targets are achieved as per ABP/OSP:? Create and Support in developing a sustainable funnel of Order Book and Order execution forDownstream solutions.? Participate in Preparation of OSP every month and updating the order book on time.? Participate in regular review for Sales with Sales team.? Customer / segment level market development and business acquisition.? Facilitate and implement ideas for process improvements and cost optimisation acrossDownstream value chain.2. Influencers and Customer Engagement? Regular stake holder visits for Readybuild, Sm@rtFAB and Coupler conversion. ? Regular visits and presentations to consultants and various government bodies for inclusion inSORs, NITs, specifications and BOQs.? Interface with Solution Partner operation and design team to provide customised solutions to thecustomer.? Regular interaction with customer design teams for incorporating Downstream solutions in theirprojects.? Regular interaction with Downstream construction service centres for effectively servicingcustomer requirements.3. Long-Term Planning? Enabling proof of concepts along with Downstream construction solution partners at customersites.? Seeding activities for new Downstream solutions at various stakeholder levels, starting from theconcept level4. Operation Management? Working in close coordination with the SPCs and Downstream construction solution partners forsupplies of Readybuild, Sm@rtFAB, couplers, etc. and ensure right commercial, quality andvarious statutory and non-statutory compliances.? Timely raising the indents of both Raw material and Finished goods with SPA and theDownstream construction service centres.5. People Development? Developing the organisation structure for the Solution partners in terms of capability and capacityto do value selling6. Digital Initiatives? Embrace and enable digitalisation while designing various offerings and solutions to driveefficiency, scalability and uniqueness.? This may require deep engagement with various civil engineering software developers likeSTAADPRO, AutoCAD, CUBE+, BIM modelling and managers.Customers: Private and public contractors; Large and small-sized project customersInfluencers: Architects, Engineers, Masons, Govt Bodies4. Knowledge, skills and experienceEducational qualifications?Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Structural)?Full-time or Part-time MBA in Marketing & Sales will be preferredRelevant experience ? Min. 3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing &SalesThreshold skills andcapabilities required toexecute the role? Product and market segment knowledge,? Commercial acumen,?
