We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to forge strong relationships with clients building a strong clientele and boosting sales.Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients- Promote the company?s products/services addressing or predicting clients? objectives- Arrange business meetings (online or in-person) with prospective clients- Meeting monthly and quarterly leads objectives- Prepare sales contracts that meets ours and client?s requirements after discussion- Utilize consistent contact attempt process via phone, email and chat to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generate by marketing campaigns- Passionate about finding the right solution for your customers- Skilled at presenting to all levels of the organizationQualifications Required:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional level business-to-business sales- Experience in it industry preferred- A proven track record of successful sales in a wholesale environment- 2 years? successful experience in an outbound sales environment positioning a service or technology solution - software experience preferred- Experience in sales/business development background (ideally in the software industry)- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and CRM softwareWorking Days-Monday to Saturday- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant fieldJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
