Business Development ManagerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, targeting potential clients and strategic partnerships.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.•Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities that align with the companys goals.•Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.•Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Kaizen and generate leads.•Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress to senior management.•Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure all terms are met.•Monitor and analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize growth.•Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.•Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive decision making.•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.•Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.•Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.•Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.•Valid UAE drivers license is preferred.
