Business Development ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Analyze local rental rates to set a competitive rental rate and ensure profit targets are fulfilled•Advertise available rental properties with full details including location services offered etc. to attract potential clients•Build an active pipeline through meetings calls and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients•Create and implement a sales plan to drive sales growth•Inform clients about the benefits of short term rentals and present innovative ideas to attract more business•Serve as the primary point of contact for investors landlords and developers•Prepare and present a proposal to third party owners during contract negotiations•Stay current with market trends regulations and identify areas for potential opportunitiesRequirements :•Proven track record in business development within the real estate industry preferably in short term lettings•In depth knowledge of holiday homes principles industry trends and best practices•Proactive and results driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
