Business Development ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight, cargo, and logistics sectors.•Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.•Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.•Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to secure profitable business agreements.•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction.•Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.•Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry developments, regulations, and best practices.•Mentor and support junior business development staff as needed.Job Requirements:•5 - 7 years of relevant experience in freight, cargo, or logistics, with a focus on business development.•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.•Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Ability to work independently and lead a team.•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.•Willingness to travel as required.
