  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our business from rentals and small productions to include larger structures and big-scale event productions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the market and create actionable plans to capture them.
Project Management:
  • Lead and manage the successful execution of sizeable event projects, ensuring all client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client contact through to project completion.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue potential clients and business partners within the regional market.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new projects and partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Networking and Market Research:
  • Leverage your existing network within the regional market to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Urdu and Arabic is a strong advantage.
