We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development (BD) Manager to join our team.?The BD Manager will be responsible for business development, branding, marketing, sales, and service to new and existing clients throughout the UAE.?The BD manager will be deployed in support of client relationships and strategic positioning for the firms, as well as be responsible for the firms branding and marketing. The manager will need to be comfortable articulation Rasma Legals unique value proposition to potential clients.?The BD manager will need to work across functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery while developing additional business opportunities with current clients.Role Summary:?The role requires not only demonstrate sales acumen and leadership as potential, but the confidence to contact senior talent at leading law firms, in-house teams, and govt agencies and the tenacity to win the business.?The BD manager will be responsible for relationship development while working alongside senior leadership to drive opportunities from start to finish, culminating with increased adoption and usage of RASMA legal services across the UAE.?The BD manager shall have the ability to identify opportunities with our established agencies, partners, and freezone in the region for collaboration and knowledge content creation.ÿ?We are looking for someone to join the team who has very strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working in legal service.
