ÿ____________________________________________________________________________ÿThe Company: A long-established, reputable insurance company in the heart of Dubai looking for a Chinese-speaking Business Development Manager to help them reach the East Asian market, and to maintain existing relationships with Chinese speaking clientele.ÿPrimary Responsibilities:ÿ
  • Identify fresh business prospects within the insurance sector and explore innovative strategies for capturing untapped market segments, both mainstream and niche opportunities
  • Provide training to fellow sales team members on the companys product offerings when necessary
ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with clients regarding policy renewals, claims, quotations, and other client-related information required for insurance policy issuanceÿ
  • Assist in the assessment and evaluation of risks, as well as the thorough examination of proposals

  • Generate computerized reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis for the management team
  • Maintain and manage both digital and manual records to ensure the efficient flow of work processes
ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿExpand the companys new business ventures across various insurance categories through networking and various business development methodsÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿOffer guidance to clients in selecting the most suitable insurance plansÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿCollect payments from clients promptlyÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain a well-organized Excel sheet to track ongoing events and activitiesÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿPropose innovative ideas for marketing products and increasing demand, such as organizing events or enhancing product packaging.ÿ
