Diamond & Jewelry Business Development ManagerResponsibilities:As Diamond & Jewelry Business Development Manager, you will be:? Managing and supervising the day-to-day factory operations and maintaining tracking reports forall parcels of rough stones received, in process, and polished and certified.? Initiating/Closing profitable sale and purchase deals with suppliers, individuals, businesses,jewelry manufacturers, or as directed by the Management.? Ensuring proper documentation is maintained for second and third parties in dealing andtransacting with the Company, such as the KPC Certificate, Export Documentation, GIAcertification, identification documents, and other relevant documents where applicable.? Consistently work towards increasing the clientele of the factory through various networks andconnections.? Reporting daily progress and updates to the Management and achieving KPIs and assignedtargets on a monthly basis.? Ensuring health and safety processes are followed at all times in the factory by the staff/workers.? Preparing monthly business and profitability reports for the Management.
