Job Description

Business Development ManagerDescriptionWe are looking for a talented BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team specializing in SALES for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Build strong relation with customers and identify opportunities
  • Deep cognizance of customers need and help ensure distributors proposals aligned to the need
  • Partner with Cummins regional team and distributors in Africa and Middle East region closely to add value to customers
  • Articulate sufficiently Cummins value proposition to customers
  • Negotiate on contracts commercially and legally
  • Facilitate project execution
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, technical or a related subject required
  • Capability of being fluent in speaking and writing Chinese
  • Abundant experience on business development or sales engineering
  • Knowledge of diesel/gas generator sets and equipment that works with generators like switch gear panel, ATS, fueling system.
