Job Title- Business Development ManagerLocation: UAE?Salary- Between AED 25000 to AED 30000

Must have an Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical).
At least 7 to 10 years of experience in the GCC countries (a minimum of 4 to 5 years in UAE).
Must possess?strong Business Development skills with proven track record for growth & achievement.
Through knowledge of the OIL & GAS related projects and very good connections with OPERATORS, PMCs & EPCs.
Hands on?experience in the registration process of manpower services with the Operating Companies, Major PMCs & EPCs.
Need not be from Recruitment or Staffing organizations but should have been?associated with Project Services oriented EPCs for the last 5 years.
Should have basic knowledge on project-based manpower categories for Construction, Operations & Maintenance.
Fair knowledge on the industry standard employment terms, processes, and regulatory compliances.
Knowledge on recruitment and resourcing strategies would be an advantage but NOT mandatory.
