Job Description

We?re growing quickly and are now looking for a Business Development Manager.We are considering someone who is self - driven, ambitious, energetic and a passion to succeed in the fast moving Hospitality industry.In the role of Business Development, you will be managed directly by General Manager and you will contribute to development of our client portfolio. This will require knowledge of the vacation rental industry, the ability to act as a consultant to homeowners, and to initiate what will be long term relationships with clients for the company.?Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect, identify and research lists of clients to target, develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Cold calling perspective leads and meeting clients in person
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Learn and communicate company services and policies and stay on top of policy changes
  • Representing our company in a professional and collaborative manner in the community
  • Coordinating the property launching with all the departments and processes involved, which includes technical inspection, unit permit, utilities connection, formalities with security, cleaning and photo shooting
