Ventures Onsite provides a subscription based access to a project tracking platform which in-fact is a business development tool and provides instant access to thousands of ongoing and completed projects to subscribers.Join us for one of the most visible roles at Ventures Onsite, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of .?New sales?primary responsibility is to sell MENA Construction Projects Database to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned geographic territory.?Roles and Responsibilities:Ensure his/her territory achieves or exceeds required quotaEnsure territory coverage to touch all opportunities on a scheduled basis. Independently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with company partners to leverage prospects/clientsIdentify prospects where services can be soldTarget and obtain appointments with clientsContact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how the products can meet or exceed these needsDevelop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individually or team assessed needs of potential clientsMaintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecastsKeep regular contacts with own accounts to ensure clients are receiving proper support and happy with the serviceParticipate in exhibitions and conferences where the company is exhibiting/attending to promote the companys products and servicesEnsure the companys image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional mannerAssist Account Manager for sales and marketing activitiesAssist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvementOther duties as assignedExperience & QualificationBachelor?s Degree (any)Familiar with MS ApplicationsFluency in English (Oral & Writing)Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferable.Has valid UAE Driving license.Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
