We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive Trainee to join our client company. As a Business Development Executive Trainee, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services. You will work closely with Banking and HR consulting teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and promote our services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate and looking to kick-start their career in business development.Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve the targets.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and networking
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly.
  • In addition, this role will also be responsible for overseeing the marketing initiatives related to respective clients and attending client meetings to build a potential client base in a regular basis.
