Expand the company listings , with impeccable prospecting , discussions and closing deals.? Manage Company listings on sites like Bayut and Property finder.? Manage properties on behalf of owners , companies and Investors.? Develop good relations with Property owners and Investors giving sound advice for the good of their properties.? Provide property owners and Investors with sound advice for higher returns to their investments.? Provide tenants with useful advice by paying attention to their needs with reference to the current market status.? Provide inspections of properties before and after new tenants moved.? Provide day-to-day management of the Property/Portfolio/Client and ensure that the Company?s reputation as a high-quality service provider is maintained and enhanced.?Collect, receive and acknowledge receipt of the annual rent amount, security deposit and any other charges or payments due and payable in the name of HAK Properties LLC, pursuant to theexecuted tenancy agreements and/ or the applicable Laws and Regulations of the UAE.? Foster and facilitate relationships with Land Developers, Property owners, and Tenantschannels to increase property rentals and business expansion.? Evaluate current Real Estate trends and service satisfaction levels with established customers to plan future.? Identify investment opportunities, threats and challenges to increase properties being listed managed, or rented by the company.? Engage in Lease negotiations and act as point of contact between Owner and Tenant.? Market properties , on various platforms reaching a wider audience and closing deals? Develop comparison tables for pricing of properties by researching property rates andprices of the same description and category.? Enhance marketing exposure through effective website content management and direct correspondence with potential clients.? Develop short-term and long-term sales objectives and strategic plans to meet market needs.
