Are you experienced in Jointly Owned Property (JOP) management and real estate handovers Do you have a solid network with developers and an eye for opportunity in Dubai’s competitive real estate marketWe’re looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in our JOP management, property management, and unit handover services. You’ll be responsible for building key partnerships, securing new projects, and supporting long-term growth strategies.What You’ll Do:•Drive client acquisition for JOP & Property Management•Secure handover contracts with developers•Create winning proposals and presentations•Leverage your network in the real estate industry•Collaborate with legal, operations & RERA-compliance teamsRequirements:•3+ years in real estate business development (UAE)•Knowledge of JOP Law (Law No. 6 of 2019)•Strong presentation & communication skills•UAE driving license is a plusReady to take the lead in reshaping real estate communities across Dubai
