Job Description

We are looking to hire mid-level sales candidates based in Dubai selling outsourcing/manpower services to IT/Software/Technology companies. This passionate energetic candidate will have a minimum 4 years? pre-sales experience in business development, along with a good understanding of the staffing and services industry.Building profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client?s business. Tracking own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through Data mining, Sales calls, Profile marketing, Face to Face presentation and the company?s CRM system

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years UAE sales experience. Warm contacts and database advantage
  • Sector: IT/Technology/Software market knowledge
  • Specialization: Previous or current sales experience selling Manpower, Outsourcing, Staffing or Recruitment Services
  • Nationality: Any
  • Language: Must have an excellent command of the English language. Additional Arabic, Hindi and/or Urdu, an advantage
