  • Must Identify new sales leads.
  • Researching the recruitment needs of companies.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Meet clients and discuss their needs and Pitch services.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Expected Start Date: Immediate or less than 1 month or 15 days*Salary - Based on the experience and incentives up achieving targets.
