Business Development ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:•Generating enquiries and new business for the Facilities Management Services.•Prepare technical/commercial proposals based on clients requirements.•Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts & to achieve sales targets.•Maintain all records on CRM as per Company and Commercial Department policy.•Coordinate site surveys along with the operations department. The recommendation of the operations department to be included in proposals submitted to clients.•Meet clients regularly in order to understand the level of customer satisfaction with service delivered. Highlight noteworthy meeting minutes to key stakeholders internally.•Client relationship management including contract renewals and organic account growth.•Carry out checks of facilities personnel when visiting clients and inform operations department of the staff performance, turnout etc. Assist personnel in case of any problems they are facing by informing the operations department of the same.Qualifications:•Fluency in both English and Arabic (you will be speaking with clients in both Arabic and English)•Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a desire to pursue a career in Sales•Prior experience in Facilities Management is a must.•Driving license is preferred•Proven track record in prospecting into larger accounts•Enjoy working in an ambitious collaborative environment—inspire your team to be better while achieving your goals•Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development•Self-aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt to overcome challenges•Demonstrate our core values of Ownership, Optimism, and Openness.•Friendly, enthusiastic and demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your work•Ability to work in the UAE
