We connect students, recent graduates, and young professionals with luxury hotels and resorts across Asia, offering international internship experiences in stunning destinations like Thailand, the UAE, the Maldives, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Qatar, and more.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to manage and expand our network of host organizations and internship programs. If you have a passion for international recruitment, hospitality, and cultural exchange, this role is for you.As a key team member, you will build strong relationships with luxury host organizations, match interns with suitable placements, and ensure a seamless internship experience for both parties. You will also collaborate with partners to gather feedback and work with the RMC Asia team to enhance service quality.Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development ? Strengthen and expand relationships with partner hotels and resorts
  • Host Organization Relations ? Engage with host organizations to understand their hiring needs
  • Internship Coordination ? Match interns to suitable host organizations and oversee onboarding
  • Program Supervision ? Monitor the progress of interns and ensure a smooth experience
  • Stakeholder Engagement ? Collect feedback from partners and interns to improve program quality
Qualifications
  • Bachelor?s degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, HR, or recruitment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in a cross-cultural work environment is a plus
