Role OverviewAs an Acquisition Specialist at BAS World DMCC, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing suppliers for our platform. You?ll be part of an international team, playing a key role in expanding our network of sellers across Europe. Your main task will be identifying potential sellers, prioritizing them based on potential, and initiating contact to onboard them onto our platform.Key Responsibilities:?Qualify and prioritize purchase leads to maximize conversionProactively cold-call potential suppliers to expand our network and secure high-quality stockBuild and maintain relationships with trustworthy suppliers across EuropeCollaborate with European colleagues who visit suppliers in person to solidify partnershipsNegotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliersKeep detailed records of supplier interactions and agreementsIdentify and qualify new sourcing opportunities to ensure continuous business growth
