Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive & Cold Calling Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling GCC market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating high-quality databases and executing cold-calling strategies to generate leads and drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing initial contact, schedule appointment for Sales meeting across the GCC region.Database Generation:

  • Research and compile accurate and up-to-date databases of potential clients in the GCC market, including company details and key contacts.
  • Use various tools, platforms, and industry resources (, Google Search) to gather and verify relevant client information.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms for database creation (, Apollo, ZoomInfo etc.).
  • Segment and categorize leads based on industry, company size, and other relevant criteria.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and key players within the GCC region.
  • Monitor industry news and changes in the GCC business landscape to identify new opportunities for outreach.
Cold Calling:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the GCC market, introducing company products/services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition, addressing client needs and pain points.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and schedule meetings to sales teams.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and research to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and cold calling targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead follow-up.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts, cold calling performance, and market insights.
