Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the training industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our training solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the training sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs and service offerings that align with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to remain competitive.
