The firm has continuously been pushing the bar of excellence, ever since its inception in the year 1999 and has successfully scaled new heights.Job description-Generating new opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and other sources.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with new and existing clients with consistent contact and client interactions.Attain customer feedback on each service delivery to determine whether customers are satisfied with our services and share the input timely with the department head and partners.Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.Collaborating with department head/team members/operations staff to determine the most viable approach to pursue new business opportunities.Identifies and develops potential business partners and grows existing client relationships.Coordinates support to determine client needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems.Doing proper KYC assessment and collecting all the necessary documents while onboarding the clients.Requirements-Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in business development or sales role within the similar industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
